New patients
We are glad to welcome new patients. To get started, call the office during opening hours and we will find a time that suits you. On your first visit we will have a few new-patient forms for you to complete, then Dr. Ames will sit down, listen, and examine before recommending anything.
Please leave sensitive medical details out of any online message — we will gather what we need securely at your visit.
Insurance & payment
Bring your insurance information to your first visit and we will help you understand what your plan covers. If you have questions about coverage or payment before you come in, call the office and we will walk you through it.
